Terms of delivery

Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product demonstrations. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is displayed in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Payment methods
The products and their delivery costs are paid securely at the time of ordering using the payment intermediation services provided by Klarna payments. 
Shipping costs
We deliver products to mainland Finland and abroad. To mainland Finland our packaging and delivery costs are free.

Delivery costs in international deliveries, are formed of paying method and delivery method fees. The weight and volume of the shopping cart affects prices of delivery methods in international deliveries.

We pack the products to be sent primarily by recycling them using the cardboard boxes that arrived to us. We deliver orders as a package that you can track using your shipping ID. We will send the shipping ID to your email as soon as the order has left. We bring the biggest deliveries to your doorstep. 
Delivery time
Delivery time for orders varies by product. If any of the goods in your order are out of stock, we will contact you. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of placing your order.
Right to return the product
All products have a full 14 day return policy. However, the right does not apply to custom-made products that have been made or ordered directly to the customer. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. The return period is calculated from the pick-up of the package from the post office, ie the return must be made no later than within 14 days of picking up the package.
Always notify by email first (myynti(a) when returning products. That's how we know to expect a refund.

We will not accept returns for more than 14 days after the shipment has been picked up and the return period has expired.
Product error correction
If the delivered product is damaged, you can report the product by calling 040 837 0892 or e-mailing  myynti(a)  . In the event of a complaint, you can leave the damaged product in the so-called as a customer return to the post office and in that case you do not have to pay postage.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must read the current delivery terms. We strive to keep our online store well up-to-date at all times, but we are not responsible for any incorrect price or stock information on the online store website.
Priima Kaluste treats all customer data in the strictest confidence and undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties. All information related to the payment transaction you provide on our Online Service is protected both online and offline. Payment transactions are made via Klarna services and the sensitive information you provide is protected by encryption. No third party has access to the data.
We will not provide you with any payment-related information, such as your credit card number, account information, etc. Even outside of our online service, all information you provide for placing an order will be stored with due care.
